Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our Academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to middle and secondary classes, ensuring strong conceptual clarity and engaging classroom delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement physical education programs and lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Teach students a variety of physical skills, rules, and techniques for different sports and activities.
• Educate students on the importance of physical activity, healthy habits, nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Student Assessment and Motivation:
• Evaluate student performance, progress, and physical ability throughout the year.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students, helping them improve their skills and engagement.
• Motivate students to participate in new activities and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Organization and Supervision:
• Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure a safe learning environment and proper use of equipment and facilities.
• Manage sports equipment and resources.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff on student health and wellness initiatives.
• Coaching and Mentoring:
• Coach school sports teams, which may involve travel to competitions.

Qualifications :

• M.PED. with specialization in any specific sports like Football, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis etc.

Salary as per industry norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
