Sports Coaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct structured training sessions for students across age groups.
• Teach and develop skills in one or more sports as per the curriculum.
• Identify and nurture talent for inter-school competitions.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and inclusivity during all sessions.
• Work closely with school staff and PlayBeyond program managers to track student progress.
• Inspire students to participate actively in sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum

  state-level playing experience

  in chosen sport(s).
• Relevant coaching certifications (preferred: NIS, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills;

  proficiency in English is mandatory

• Ability to engage with children and create a positive, motivating learning environment.
• Passion for sports and student development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching or coaching in schools.
• Multi-sport coaching ability.
• Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention.
