We aim to nurture athletic talent, instill life skills, and create future champions for India. Job Description: We are looking for passionate and qualified Sports Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver structured sports training in schools, ensure holistic student development, and promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct structured training sessions for students across age groups. Teach and develop skills in one or more sports as per the curriculum. Identify and nurture talent for inter-school competitions. Ensure discipline, safety, and inclusivity during all sessions. Work closely with school staff and PlayBeyond program managers to track student progress. Inspire students to participate actively in sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (mandatory). Minimum state-level playing experience in chosen sport(s). Relevant coaching certifications (preferred: NIS, NSCA, or equivalent). Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is mandatory . Ability to engage with children and create a positive, motivating learning environment. Passion for sports and student development. Preferred Skills: Experience teaching or coaching in schools. Multi-sport coaching ability. Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention. What We Offer: Salary Range: ₹2.5 – 3 LPA (based on experience and qualifications).
