Job Summary

Fitoverse is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Mentor / Coach to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate students in various sports disciplines. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured coaching sessions for school or community athletes
• Plan and deliver fitness routines and sports drills
• Track and assess student progress
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Ensure student safety and engagement during sessions
• Support sports events and competitions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of coaching or mentoring experience
• Degree/Diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Fluent in Tamil (mandatory); English is a plus
• Willingness to join immediately and work from Salem
