Sponsorship Sales (Concerts & Large Events)

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Mumbai & Delhi


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive brand partnerships and sponsorship revenues. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of brand marketers and agencies, an ability to sell integrated brand experiences, and a passion for the live entertainment space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Event Sponsorships: Pitch and close sponsorship deals for BAE’s concerts and event IPs across multiple categories and industries.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver on annual sponsorship sales targets across multiple properties and events.
  • Integration Selling: Develop and pitch customized brand integration ideas that go beyond logo placement delivering immersive brand experiences aligned with the event’s concept.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand teams, agencies, and decision-makers to ensure recurring partnerships.
  • Pitch Development: Work with the marketing and creative teams to craft compelling sponsorship proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of brand commitments during events.


Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or media solutions, preferably in music, live entertainment, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and experiential integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for music, entertainment, and youth culture.
  • Strong client servicing mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.


Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales,Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
