Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sponsorship Coordinator. The Sponsorship Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, preparing and managing sponsorship proposals, maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, and coordinating sponsorship logistics. Additional responsibilities include working closely with event planning teams to ensure sponsors are effectively integrated into events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting sponsor relationships
• Proficiency in sponsorship acquisition and management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in event planning and event management
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in marketing, media, or event sponsorships is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
