About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sponsorship Coordinator to help Beast Drive build strong partnerships with brands, companies, and organizations. You will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, pitching collaboration ideas, and managing partnership relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential sponsors and partnership opportunities
• Create sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and communication messages
• Reach out to companies, brands, and agencies for collaborations
• Present Beast Drive’s activities, events, and marketing value to potential sponsors
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners
• Negotiate sponsorship terms and benefits
• Work with marketing & events team to fulfill all sponsor deliverables
• Ensure branding, visibility, and promotional commitments are executed
• Prepare reports on sponsorship performance and outcomes

Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Persuasive sales ability and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, and promotions
• Ability to build professional relationships
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
• Basic knowledge of creating proposals (PowerPoint/Canva)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorship, business development, sales, or marketing (optional)
• Students with strong communication & networking skills can also apply
• Experience in event management or brand partnerships is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,519.50 - ₹75,357.05 per month
