Job Position:

Business Development- Event Sponsorship/ Conference Sales/ Expo Space Selling

  • Job experience: 2-8 Yrs in Event Sales/ Expo Space Selling/ Conference Sales/ Sponsorship Sales
  • Industry experience: Events/ Media/ Advertising
  • Education: Graduate/ Post-graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management
  • Job location: Remote working. Delhi NCR or Metro Cities as preferred work location

JD/ Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for event partnership & sponsorships, expo space sales, conference sales

•⁠ ⁠Driving revenue growth & meeting sales target

• Converting leads into partnership & sponsorships

• Responsible for sales, Invoice generation, follow-ups & timely payment recovery

• Proven history of reaching quarterly, monthly and annual sales goals.

•⁠ ⁠Identifying potential clients through PR relations, cold calling, and extensive online research

• Ability to influence decision-makers at CXOs level of an organization.

•⁠ ⁠Creating compelling proposals as per clients needs, preferences, and budget constraints

• Excellent in drafting a business mail/ sponsorship proposal.

• Handling key accounts, new client acquisition by researching, cold-calling and emailing.

• Handling key accounts and to be a single point of contact between the client and the production team.

• Proven history of reaching quarterly/ monthly sales goals.

•⁠ ⁠Good in business communication, proficient in google work space, google sheets & PPT presentations

• Great interpersonal abilities in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive approach in competition tracking & market intelligence.

•⁠ ⁠Social media and digital media savvy

•⁠ ⁠Multitasking ability & crisis management skillset

• Team player, accepting challenges, multitasking & smart working capabilities.
