Key responsibilities

  • Lesson planning and delivery:

    Design and implement engaging, interactive lessons focused on improving spoken English skills like pronunciation and fluency.
  • Student assessment and feedback:

    Evaluate students' proficiency, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Student engagement:

    Encourage active participation, facilitate effective communication, and tailor teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
  • Classroom management:

    Maintain a positive, motivating, and orderly learning environment, whether in-person or online.
  • Curriculum development:

    Adapt lesson content to meet specific student needs and objectives, which may include preparing for standardized tests like IELTS or PTE.
  • Communication:

    Communicate with students, and in some cases, their parents or other staff, regarding progress and concerns.
