The role involves designing engaging lessons to strengthen Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills while promoting creativity and effective communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver Communicative English lessons that build students’ fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Conduct interactive classroom activities such as group discussions, debates, role plays, presentations, and storytelling.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with CBSE curriculum standards.
• Use audio-visual aids, language labs, and digital tools to make lessons engaging and effective.
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
• Motivate students to use English confidently in academic, social, and real-life settings.
• Participate in language development programs, school events, and teacher training workshops.
• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain accurate student performance records.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English / English Literature / Linguistics / Functional English or a related field.
• 1–4 years of teaching experience in English / Communicative English / Spoken English / Soft Skills training.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills effectively.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
• Creative, energetic, and student-focused teaching approach.
• Prior experience as an English Faculty, English Educator, or Academic English Trainer preferred.

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000/-per months
