Senior Product Managers are expected to lead 1 or 2 products end to end and own the vision of and growth of the products. Here are the expectations:
Must have 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably SaaS products
Must have 0-1 start up experience. Founding experience preferred
Must be data driven with clear impacts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong customer focus with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
