Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–8 years of experience in

    Splunk administration, engineering, or support

    .
  • Strong proficiency in Splunk architecture, queries, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to

    AWS

    ,

    Linux/Windows

    , and

    ServiceNow workflows

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Puppet

    (preferred) or other automation/orchestration tools.
  • Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment and support a

    24x7 model

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Certifications

  • Splunk Core Certified Admin / Power User
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Puppet / Ansible Certification (desirable)
