We provide a nurturing environment for children to learn and develop Our holistic services ensure that children receive personalized therapy and achieve their potential growth in communication, behavior, and sensory development ,description:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech Therapist to work with children diagnosed with developmental delays The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team of professionals and create individualized therapy sessions Our goal is to help children with speech, communication, cognition, feeding, swallowing issues to facilitate articulation, and social communication skills ,responsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate each childs communication abilities and challenges Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each childs specific needs and goals Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions to address various language and social communication skills Collaborate closely with other therapists (eg behavior and occupational therapies) to create a comprehensive approach to each childs therapy Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure effective results Support and educate parents, offering strategies and resources that foster at home communication goals Maintain a supportive, nurturing environment and skill-building environment to foster comfort and engagement during therapy sessions Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy for Autism and developmental delays ],qualificationsMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid certification and license to practice speech therapy (BCI optional) Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with special needs, preferably Autism and developmental delays Knowledge of language development, articulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential ],offersA supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications Opportunities for ongoing professional training and development Access to resources and tools specifically designed for children with Autism and developmental delays
