Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech Therapist to work with special needs children in our rehabilitation and development center located in Tirur, Malappuram. The therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing individualized therapy plans to help children improve their communication, speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on each child’s specific needs Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, and psychologists Maintain progress records and prepare regular reports for parents and school teams Educate and train parents or caregivers to support the therapy at home Participate in case discussions, IEP meetings, and parent feedback sessions Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology RCI Certification (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with developmental or neurological disorders Excellent communication skills and empathy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
