We believe in a holistic approach that provides personalized therapies and achieves bilateral development including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and sensory enhancement ,description:We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Behavior Therapist to work with children diagnosed with Autism and developmental delays The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team of professionals and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) sessions that follow evidence-based approaches in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral modification techniques that promote positive behaviors, skill acquisition, communication and social enhancement , responsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) that address specific behavioral challenges Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA therapy sessions including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills enhancement Work collaboratively with other therapists (eg speech and occupational therapies) to create a comprehensive approach to each childs therapy Regularly observe and record data to monitor behavioral therapies & adjust intervention plans as needed to ensure effective results Provide support and education for parents, offering strategies and resources to implement behavioral interventions at home Training and supervise assistant therapists and provide them guidance with techniques to conduct behavioral therapies Establish social communication and enhance collaborative behavioral ABA strategies at treatment sessions Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in behavior therapy and the autism community ] , qualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field BCaBA (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst) certification preferred Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with Autism and developmental delays In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and interventions techniques to reduce behavior and enhance social skills enhancement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their best potential ],offersA collaborative work environment focused on innovation and professional growth Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications Opportunities for ongoing professional training and development Access to the latest resources and tools specifically designed for children with Autism and developmental delays
