Job Description

Planning & Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align outreach efforts with program goals. Organize community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns to increase visibility and access to services. Manage logistics, schedules, and resources for outreach activities.
Outreach & Case Identification:
Conduct field visits and community engagement sessions to identify individuals or groups in need of services. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and service providers.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and identified cases. Prepare and submit regular reports on outreach performance, impact, and challenges. Use data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with program guidelines and documentation standards.
  - Leadership and Support:
    Provide guidance and support to volunteers, interns, and outreach assistants. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment among outreach staff and community partners. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and strategic planning. Represent the organization at local forums, stakeholder meetings, and inter-agency gatherings.
