Job Description: You will be joining AIM, the Child Development Center located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. AIM, established in 2024, is dedicated to providing therapeutic services for children with various neuro-developmental disorders such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and more. Our center specializes in offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and other essential therapies with the mission of empowering special children through individualized care and fostering inclusivity. As a Speech Language Pathologist at AIM, you will be employed full-time on-site. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering speech therapy services, collaborating with children who have communication and language disorders, devising personalized treatment plans, and executing therapy sessions to facilitate their progress and well-being. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech skills, along with a deep understanding of Dysphagia and Communication Disorders. Previous experience in working with children dealing with Language Disorders is essential. Your ability to create and execute tailored treatment plans, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, will be crucial in supporting the children under your care. Possessing a relevant certification in Speech Language Pathology is a prerequisite, while prior experience in working with children with neuro-developmental disorders would be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field is required to qualify for this position.,
