Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in our post-acute setting, your role involves providing, directing, and supervising quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. You will follow organization guidelines, professional standards, and compliance with Federal and State regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide quality patient care through screening, evaluation, and treatment - Develop treatment plans and set goals for patients - Educate families on patient care and progress - Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans - Advocate for patients and their rehabilitation needs - Coordinate with other disciplines for consistent patient care - Participate in quality assurance and customer service initiatives Qualifications: - Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology - Licensure or Certification as per State guidelines - CPR Certification - Preferably 1 year of Speech/Language Pathology experience - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility - Consideration for students in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) If you are passionate and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care with a collaborative approach, we invite you to join our team.
