Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Therapist at the company, your role involves working with individuals of all ages who have speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing these disorders, planning and administering appropriate treatments, and providing necessary training and education to family members, caregivers, and other professionals. Your collaborative work with professionals from various disciplines will play a crucial role in improving the communication abilities of your patients. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. - Administer standardized tests and tools for evaluation. - Prepare detailed assessment reports. - Enroll patients for Speech & Language therapy. - Design and revise monthly goal plans and intervention plans. - Discuss progress monthly and obtain feedback from parents. - Maintain cooperative relationships with parents for therapy retention. - Re-evaluate and prepare quarterly progress reports. - Maintain all records/documents of the patients. - Report session attendance and maintain records. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy is preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in speech therapy is preferred.
