Speech Therapist

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and oral-motor skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Provide therapy for:
• Speech sound/articulation errors
• Language delays/disorders
• Fluency issues (stuttering)
• Voice disorders
• Social communication challenges
• Feeding and oral-motor difficulties
• Record and maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Educate and guide parents on home practice and carry-over strategies.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, and the child’s caregivers.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and parent consultations.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent.
• Valid RCI registration (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of child communication development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

💡 Preferred Skills

• Experience with children with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays, Speech Delay, Stuttering, etc.
• Ability to design fun, engaging, and interactive therapy sessions.
• Strong assessment and analytical abilities.
