🧑 ⚕️ Occupational Therapist – Job Description Position: Occupational Therapist Location: Happy Child Development and Rehabilitation Centre || Vijayawada & Vizag Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome) ✨ Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones and functional independence. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of children’s motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional skills. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes. Provide therapy sessions focusing on: Sensory Integration Fine & Gross Motor Development ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training Handwriting training Behavioral and social skill support Maintain detailed client records, progress reports, and documentation. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapists. Educate families on home programs and carry-over strategies. Participate in team meetings and case discussions. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT). Valid registration under the Rehabilitation Council of India (preferred). Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 💡 Preferred Skills Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, CP, etc. Ability to create engaging and child-friendly therapy sessions.
