Occupational Therapist (OT)

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of children’s motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Provide therapy sessions focusing on:
• Sensory Integration
• Fine & Gross Motor Development
• ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training
• Handwriting training
• Behavioral and social skill support
• Maintain detailed client records, progress reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapists.
• Educate families on home programs and carry-over strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
• Valid registration under the Rehabilitation Council of India (preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

💡 Preferred Skills

• Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, CP, etc.
• Ability to create engaging and child-friendly therapy sessions.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
