Specification Manager (Architect Relations)

About the Role

We are looking for highly polished, well-spoken, confident professionals who can represent Koochie Global at the highest level. This role requires someone who can walk into the top architectural and consultant firms across India, build strong relationships, and ensure Koochie products are specified into major real-estate, hospitality, institutional, public space, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has exceptional presentation skills, strong product understanding, and the ability to influence design decisions by demonstrating the value, engineering quality, and aesthetic superiority of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage relationships with leading architects, landscape designers, consultants, and design houses.

* Present Koochie Global’s products, design solutions, technical advantages, and project value proposition.

* Achieve product specifications by ensuring our solutions are incorporated into drawings, BOQs, and project tenders.

* Conduct high-impact presentations, product demos, and design consultations.

* Track upcoming projects in real estate, hospitality, education, resorts, public parks, urban spaces, and commercial developments.

* Collaborate closely with the sales and projects team to ensure specified opportunities convert to confirmed orders.

* Represent the brand with strong poise, personality, confidence, and professionalism.

* Maintain an active CRM pipeline of architects, consultants, and project opportunities.

* Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and architect meets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* 3–10 years of experience working with architects, consultants, or design-led specification roles.

* Strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a high level of confidence.

* Able to influence, persuade, and build trust with senior architects and design firms.

* Pleasant personality, refined presentation, and comfort in high-profile meetings.

* Strong understanding of premium products, materials, and design concepts.

* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings.

* Experience in sectors like architectural materials, premium interiors, urban furniture, lighting, flooring, real estate solutions, or similar products will be an advantage.

Compensation

Attractive salary + performance incentives + travel allowance, based on experience and capability.
