Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  

Experience

• 7+ years of total experience and at least 4+ years of experience on APM (Application Platform Monitoring) tools, agent deployments, and implementation of APM Agent for Java and DotNet-based applications
• Elastic Monitoring
• Performance Troubleshooting
• End User Experience Monitoring
• Apache / Tomcat
• Run/Code Ansible (Automation)
• AZDO Pipeline Development
• Operating System Knowledge (Linux/Windows/AIX)
• Version control (GIT)
• Advanced Python Coding Skills
• Communication
• SAFe DevOps Scaled Agile Methodology
• Open Shift (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge and usage of Observability tools (i.e., Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, OTEL)
  

Good to Have:

• Json/Yaml coding
• Python Coding
• Splunk
• Azure Dev Ops Pipeline Knowledge
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
