Mandatory Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience in Google Workspace Suite
• 4–5 years of technical troubleshooting (TAC support) for Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good typing speed (preferably 30–50 WPM)
• Knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL framework

Good to Have:

• Associate Google Workspace Administrator (AGWA) certification
