As a Genesys Subject Matter Expert (SME) at TCS, you will have the opportunity to work in either Chennai or Indore with 5-8 years of experience. TCS is well-known for its expertise in the latest technologies, providing you with a platform to explore various technologies and indulge your passion for all things tech. - Configuration and development of tasks on Genesys pure cloud IVR call flow, routing, recording, workforce management, agent profile, script creation, voice mail setup, and configuration. - Demonstrate a good understanding of Omnichannel & Digital Services including email, chat, and SMS. - Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems. - Proficiency in Genesys administration, reporting, and analytics. - Integration of Genesys with other systems and applications such as CRM platforms, contact center tools, and databases. - Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to analyze voice systems and resolve system issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution designs, implementation plans, and operational guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of customer handling.
