Training Lead

Experience: 3-6 years

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

o SME will provide expert technical support, training and process optimization.

o Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving the advanced level issue

o Coaching, training and product update to support analysts and ensure continuous improvement

o Serve as a Knowledge resources for product feature, best practices and integration Strategies

o Ensure Operational Quality and compliance with client SLA and internal audits.

Skills & competencies

Mandatory:

o Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written).

o Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).

o Exp 2 - 4 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (TAC support)for Google Workspace(GWS).

o Knowledge of any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.

o 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends

o TCS Offices operating out in Chennai or at Indore locations

Good to have

o Experience in operating in Hyperscale environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

o Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products

o Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
