Specialist - Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders

  to understand business requirements and translate them into

  robust, scalable architecture solutions

  .

• Design end-to-end technical architectures

  across systems, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Define

  solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration strategies

  , and non-functional requirements (

  performance, scalability, security

  , etc.).

• Guide development teams

  during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment to the architecture and timely resolution of technical challenges.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms

  to meet business and technical needs.
• Conduct

  architecture reviews, gap analysis

  , and

  impact assessments

  for proposed changes or new initiatives.
• Ensure

  architecture compliance with regulatory and security standards

  .
• Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to

  optimize deployment architecture, CI/CD pipelines

  , and cloud/on-prem environments.

• Mentor developers and junior architects

  to build architectural thinking within the team.
• Keep abreast of

  emerging technologies and trends

  ; assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in

  designing solutions for enterprise-scale applications

  .

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  architectural patterns, cloud-native designs, APIs

  , and

  microservices

  .
• Experience with major

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  data modeling, integration

  , and

  security practices

  .
• Hands-on experience with modern

  development frameworks and tools (Java/.NET/Node.js, containers, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices

  CI/CD tools
