LOCATION: Chennai DEPARTRMENT: Global Technical Back Office Your Tasks Support in standardization & harmonization of HSE framework globally Analyse the HSE metrics / HSE KPI monitoring and provide statistics to management for taking right measures, Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards, Discuss and propose risk assessment by collecting, analysing similar trends of incidents and work towards ONE template standardization Share best practices and learnings across every service points, Manage & maintain records of all the necessary safety related trainings for site technicians and subcontractors, Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated, Quality analysis within the maintenance plans and reports YOUR PROFILE Bachelors degree in engineering, Project Management or related field Minimum 2-4 Yrs Experience ( Wind Industry Good-to-have) HSE training certification viz NEBOSH Proven experience in project coordination or similar role Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong multitasking skills Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity All employment decisions are made without regard to religion, age, sex, color, national origin, handicap, or other protected class and in full compliance with all federal and state laws,
