Job Description Danfoss is looking for a Specialist Procurement Excellence this position will be reporting to the Head of RAC India Procurement. The role involves defining the vision for Global Procurement Excellence for RAC Procurement, Develop Governance Model, Create Must Win Battles, Secure commitment from relevant business functions and excel the value creation from Procurement to the organization success, by focusing on, but not limited to, these 4 major areas. Job Responsibilities Processes Toolbox: Map all existing processes and tools, in the context of Full Potential Purchasing (FPP) Cost Down Engine (CDE) Drive Facilitate improvements and enhancements Own relevant tools and identify owners, within other functions. Onboarding Training Train the procurement users on tools/processes Develop All in one Onboarding package for Procurement professionals Host on boarding sessions, by creating AI videos using Synthesia Digitalization Projects Own Danfoss Procurement Hub (SharePoint site) and enhance visualisation for lean navigation Driving and supporting digitalization Projects for Procurement (example: Supplier Portal) Introduce Maintain AI chat bot for easy retrieval of all procurement information Analytics Intelligence Develop and maintain relevant analytics, for data driven decision making Overall, represent Global Procurement Excellence in the Group Procurement Board and Segment Procurement Leadership Team, to execute all the Must Win Battles to deliver full value. Background Skills Engineering Degree with 8 10 years of Global Sourcing/Procurement experience preferably from Multi national Manufacturing industry Process excellence Lean mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills are must, to influence various levels of organizational hierarchy Preference for Procurement Transformation project experience Proven skills of Office 365 tools (Power BI, Automate, Sway, SharePoint Site, Excel, PowerPoint) Basics of Data Analytics and passionate towards becoming expert Eager to explore new digital tools to reduce complexity Danfoss Engineering Tomorrow At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
