PLM Junior Business Analyst

Job Description Danfoss Drives is looking for a PLM Junior Business Analyst, who would be to support improvements to our global Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system, within your expertise area. You will be working closely with Subject Matter Experts, Superusers and IT to drive end to end PLM capability and continuous improvement Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Understand the PLM System Processes and Support the Legacy Data Cleanup in PLM Systems Understand the Business Processes and Support to ensure that the PLM system fit our Business Processes in tight dialogue with Process Owners/\ Subject Matter Experts (SME s) Super Users on all sites Test, verify and validate the solution updates (incl. Test Cases) of PLM System Develop reports to support business use of PLM Background Skills The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Very proficient in both written and spoken English, and experience in working virtually in a global multicultural environment Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills. Master s or Bachelor s engineering degree in Electronics is good to have. 1 or 2 years experience in enterprise scale engineering/production environments, with experience in managing bill of materials, and change management / release processes etc. within an enterprise PLM environment. Experience cross-functionally within some of these areas: engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing Experience with any PLM Tool SAP is preferred.
