Position Summary :

• Establish QuidelOrtho as a brand that provides value added services to customers that enhance patient care.
• Work with laboratories and blood banks to help improve efficiency and productivity
• Create lab designs and layouts that ensure lean processes and workflows.
• Lean layouts/designing as per guidelines
• 5S implementation
• Automation layouts
• Simulations & VMx assessments
• Conduct Process excellence workshops
• Work with customers on process improvement implementations
  

Minimum Education Or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred

• Post graduate or graduate with 3-4 years experience in a clinical laboratory setting
  

Minimum Years Of Related Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required/Preferred

• 2-3 years experience in a laboratory or blood bank setting
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
