- Responsible for preparing salary & wages for all on roll employees.
- Reports generation - Wage Summary report/Reconciliation/monthly log/history log etc.- PF, Gratuity, Bonus & Ex-gratia.- Handling court cases.- Full & Final settlement - of Left/Retired/Resigned/Dismissal/VRS/ Death Cases.- Over time analysis.- Contract labour management - entry to exit.- Handling union matters.- Wage settlement - Data analysis & required data provide to Management.- Conducting disciplinary enquiry , handling disciplinary matters, absenteeism cases.- Handling court cases.- Preparation of contract agreements.- Responsible for Credit Society.- Quality Circle coordination.- Interaction with departments and employees.- MIS of wages and contract employees.
