Job Description

As a Specialist, Legal Services - Privacy and Data Protection Services at Mastercard, your role will involve managing end-to-end DSAR workflows, ensuring timely and compliant responses to global privacy requests, supporting automation and reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual DSAR metrics, maintaining SOPs, and supporting audit readiness. Your qualifications for this role should include a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, along with at least 4-6 years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance. You should have a strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy frameworks, as well as experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust and indigenous DSAR tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are also essential for this role. Preferred skills for this position include privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, etc.), experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI, familiarity with cookie management and marketing privacy reviews, exposure to M&A integration processes, and additional language proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.). Mastercard expects all employees to take corporate security responsibility seriously, including abiding by security policies, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting any security violations or breaches, and completing mandatory security trainings.
