Specialist - Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities: - Execute multiple simultaneous audit projects across various business areas of different sizes and complexities. - Conduct integrated audits considering financial, operational, compliance, and technology risks. - Plan, execute, and report on integrated audits and initiatives in compliance with professional and department standards, budgets, and deadlines. - Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and eliminate redundancies within the audit processes. - Make strategic recommendations on internal controls and business processes to management based on identified operational audit issues. - Analyze data using appropriate tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies for further investigation. - Review the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures. - Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Qualification Required: - 6+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management roles. - Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance. - Experience in executing and documenting Operations, Finance, and Compliance Audits. - Working knowledge of IIA standards and procedures, internal controls, COSO, and SOX requirements. - Strong problem-solving skills demonstrating critical thinking and innovative solutions. - Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to independently operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing projects through the audit/project lifecycle. - Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for interactions with business partners. - Background in Financial or Operations Management, Management Consulting, and/or Start-up Experience.
