Specialist, Industry Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in technical content management or project management who are eager to explore the business solutions space, work closely with a cross-functional team, and contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies.

We're looking for someone who is willing to learn fast and is able to understand the technology we work with, communicate it in a language our clients use, and work with our global Industry Solutions Team on their projects, taking into consideration the different focal verticals. Our team is an exciting, diverse group, made up of ambitious, innovative thinkers that range from software thought leaders and entrepreneurs to young professionals. The position is based out of our Gurugram office.

What you do at MongoDB:

• You help manage and maintain content such as blogs, e-books, solution libraries, videos, webinars, thought leadership pieces, and MongoDB event assets, ensuring they remain up-to-date and continue to highlight MongoDB's business value as a leading industry solution.
• You partner with the rest of the Industry Solutions team to help ensure success in accounts ranging from small startups to large enterprises (i.e. regularly auditing internal and external-facing content pieces, identifying gaps, and updating or retiring outdated materials in order to drive opportunities).
• Collaborate with Consultants, Principals, and Regional Sales Leadership to support sales enablement activities, including delivering presentations, developing decks and internal assets, and leveraging analytical skills to conduct market research. Identify content gaps and create relevant industry-specific materials to better engage customers and accelerate the sales cycle.
• Periodically contribute to Early Access Programs by engaging with the product teams to help plan and execute early access and preview programs, manage the participants registry, formulate customer engagement plans, and prepare customer facing materials (i.e. presentations, communications, customer quotes, etc).
• Because we are a cross-functional team, you act as a liaison between our team and Marketing, Sales, and Product, playing an active role in MongoDB's Go-To-Market Strategy.
• You contribute to tracking and analyzing the performance of the content produced. By employing various analytics tools and methodologies, you provide insights into content effectiveness, engagement levels, and impact, informing strategies for content optimization and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the tech sector, focusing on content management or project management roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent presentation and project management skills, and the capacity to manage multiple content initiatives and stakeholder engagements concurrently
• Process-oriented thinker who can design and refine workflows for content management.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new industries, technologies, and tools.
• A balance of technical knowledge as well as communication/presentation skills
• A pro-active, detail-oriented self-starter with the drive to learn new skills
• A strong sense of team-work working towards a common goal with process-oriented skills

As an ideal candidate, you may also have:

• Outstanding writing skills, and understands content from a marketing perspective (how to make content shine!)
• Familiarity with technical writing or databases
• Proficiency in more than one language
• A MongoDB Certification
