As a Specialist-Implementation, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new cash management products and services for our wholesale banking clients. This is a full-time position based in our Bengaluru, Karnataka office. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of new cash management products and services for wholesale banking clients Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process Provide training and support to clients on new products and services Continuously review and improve implementation processes and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale banking, preferably in cash management or implementation Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cash management products and services Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
