Job Title: Solution Architect – XR (Unity Design & Development)

Experience Range: 12+ years

Must Have Skills

• Expertise in Unity, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and 3D Modeling
• Proven track record in AR/VR solution architecture and developing enterprise use cases
• Strong programming & software engineering skills with experience writing reusable, documented code (C++, C#, etc.)
• Experience working on Azure Cloud platform
• Knowledge of game engine concepts (lighting, shaders, materials, meshes, scripting, etc.)
• Familiarity with AR/VR hardware, software, best practices, and design patterns
• Strong mathematical foundation in 2D & 3D concepts (linear algebra, matrix multiplication, quaternions, etc.)
• Ability to prepare architecture/design documents and guide internal technical delivery teams
• Proven experience in evaluating technology options and recommending technology stacks

Good to Have Skills

• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms in Computer Vision, NLP, Text Classification
• Experience in UI/UX design for AR/VR
• Knowledge of emerging AR/VR technologies and ability to create Proof of Concepts
• History of working collaboratively in multi-person teams using source control & issue tracking systems
• Creativity in translating real-world concepts into VR solutions
• Ability to mentor and guide developers on technical delivery
