📝 Job Summary

The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing a single instance of the HubSpot platform (Marketing & Sales Hubs), ensuring data quality, system functionality, and serving as the point of contact for HubSpot-related processes and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & optimize HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs.
  • Ensure data hygiene, deduplication & normalization.
  • Develop & deploy workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain integrations with third-party tools (Eventbrite, Referral Factory, Stripe, etc.).
  • Provide L2 support and resolve HubSpot-related issues.

Skills & Certifications

  • HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub system administration (mandatory).
  • HubSpot Sales Hub & Marketing Hub certification (mandatory).
  • Strong in data management, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/Marketing automation.
HubSpot Operations Hub experience (nice to have).
