Roles and Responsibilities

  • Fluent in French Language both oral and written.
  • Should be comfortable working long hours to meet deadlines / support ADHOC business requirements if any.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Should have good analytical skills and can make decisions based on the situation.
  • Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Willingness to work in business aligned shifts.
  • Open to accept changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards. Must Have Master's or Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or business management is preferred based on businesses aligned.
  • Minimum of 6 -7 years of full-time work exp. Minimum B2 level or equivalent
