Job Description

The Project Engineer-Civil role at JLL's Project and Development Services division is a key position where you will work closely with project managers to drive the success of various projects. You will be responsible for both small and major projects, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining the organizational structure for each project, including streamlining reporting, communication, and working procedures, as well as setting clear project objectives. Building and nurturing strong client relationships is a crucial aspect of this role as we prioritize client satisfaction. You will be required to identify and address client needs, requirements, and constraints to ensure a positive and lasting relationship. As part of our commitment to excellence in project delivery, you will contribute to maintaining JLL's reputation for project success. You will oversee professional consultants involved in project design and documentation, manage vendor contracts in compliance with legal requirements, identify and mitigate project risks, and generate project-related reports, analyses, and reviews. To be considered for this position, you should have a degree or diploma in a property-related discipline and possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction, or project management. Additionally, you should be adept at fostering open, constructive, and collaborative relationships with colleagues of all levels and clients to earn respect within the organization and the broader business community.
