Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Engineer-Civil at JLL, you will be a crucial member of the Project and Development Services team. Working closely with the project manager or senior project manager, you will be responsible for driving project success by taking ownership of small projects and supporting major ones. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be in charge of establishing and maintaining the organizational structure for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures with clear objectives in place. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints. - Manage professional consultants for project design and documentation, and oversee contract administration with vendors to protect commercial interests. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. - Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews. Qualifications Required: - Degree or diploma in any property-related discipline. - 8 to 10 years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction, or project management.
