Job Description

You need to be a HODLer of these: 2 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital-first consumer brands
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and other design tools
A portfolio showcasing campaign design, branding, educational content, print-ready materials, and event collaterals
Strong understanding of layout, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to distill complex financial or crypto topics into visually digestible content
Excellent project management skills with a commitment to deadlines and high creative standards
You will be mining through these tasks:Brand & Visual Identity Create visually consistent assets for decks, presentations, campaign materials, event branding, educational formats, and branded merchandise
Translate complex crypto concepts into clean, visually engaging designs that align with brand tone and purpose
Ensure all design outputs follow established brand guidelines and support overall communication goals
Campaign & Marketing Collaterals Design print and digital collaterals for brand campaigns, events, partnerships, and investor communications
Develop creative assets such as one-pagers, brochures, standees, brand kits, merchandise designs, and packaging
Work on internal branding requirements including documents, presentations, and product specific visuals
Collaboration & Execution Work closely with Brand, Social, and Growth Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality visuals
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining strong attention to detail and design quality
Participate in internal reviews, contribute ideas proactively, and deliver revisions swiftly based on feedback
