Specialist - Audit and Compliance

As a Specialist - Audit and Compliance at ARaymond, you will be responsible for the Audit & Tax Compliances of AR India, reviewing Month End Closing Activity, and preparing Financials as per Schedule III. Your role and responsibilities will include: - Taxation: - Filing GST, Income Tax & TDS returns - Preparation of Monthly Tax Review Presentation & Reporting - Anticipation of Monthly Tax Liability on Month End - Reconciliation of Input Credit (GSTR2A & 2B) utilization before filing the monthly returns GSTR1, GSTR3B - Preparation of Statutory Reconciliation Report on Monthly Basis - Supporting the team for tax compliance related queries and maintaining it in data entry - Monthly Tax Update Circulation - Liaising with statutory authorities such as Income Tax, GST, Sales Tax, etc. - Completing all Tax First Level Assessment Internally - Audit Compliance: - Coordinating for various audits including Statutory, Group, Internal, Tax & Transfer Pricing - Preparation & Mapping Internal Controls over Financials Reporting - Coordinating for Group Internal Audit & Internal Control Reporting - Liaising with GST Department for GST Audit - Coordinating & Preparation for TP Study Report, Master File & CBCR - Accounting & Month-end Closing: - Ensuring 100% GL scrutiny of statutory GL's - Monitoring & Reviewing activities as per Month-end Closing Checklist - Preparation of Cash Flow & Forecast - Developing, reviewing, and improving accounting standards and practices within the organization You should have a Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration- Finance or a related field, along with 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience. Any relevant professional certification would be a plus. In addition, you should possess skills in Planning and Organizing, Result Orientation, Strategic management, Analytical Thinking, Decision making, Problem solving, Leadership, and Team Management.
