Special Project Manager

This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator located in Indore. As a Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications. You will play a key role in designing and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Control systems for industrial equipment and machinery, including machine, plant, and process controls. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions while maintaining high quality and safety standards. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control systems for industrial equipment and machinery. Expertise in PLC-based control system design, instrumentation, turnkey plants, and heavy machinery is essential. Hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Control system integration, as well as testing, is also required. You should possess knowledge of industry standards and regulations and have experience in ensuring compliance with relevant safety codes. Experience with project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, will be beneficial. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role, along with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams. Experience in handling coordination and conflict resolution between vendors, suppliers, and clients is also desired. The salary offered for this position is best in the industry.
