Special Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-priority, cross-functional projects directly from the Founder. Your role will require agility, ownership, and the ability to deliver results with minimal guidance. You will have the opportunity to execute Founder-led initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinate across multiple teams to remove bottlenecks, build and manage project timelines and budgets, as well as measure and report on project success. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in project management, operations, or startup leadership. A proven track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines is essential for this role. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills are highly valued, along with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our location.
