Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Hyderabad. The Special Educator will work directly with children in need of special education support, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). Responsibilities include teaching, adapting lesson plans for students with diverse needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and providing tailored instruction to pre school-aged children. Collaboration with other educators, parents, and specialists to achieve students' academic and developmental goals is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Special Education and working with children with diverse disabilities.
• Proficient teaching skills, particularly with middle school-aged children, to adapt lessons to varied learning needs.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams.
• A degree or certification in Special Education, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Patience, empathy, creativity, and a passion for supporting children's development and inclusive learning practices.
