Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, for a Special Educator. The Special Educator will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized education plans for neurodiverse children, including therapy-based interventions and remedial programs. The role involves working closely with children with diverse needs, providing instruction, developing life skills, and fostering confidence and independence. Collaboration with families and other professionals to support the child’s progress is also a vital part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with children with disabilities and knowledge of their diverse needs
• Experience or skills in teaching, particularly at the middle school level
• In-depth understanding and experience in special education strategies and frameworks
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• A compassionate, patient, and adaptive approach to individualized learning and care
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in working within intervention centers or with neurodiverse children is an added advantage
