Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Educator located in Hyderabad. The Special Educator will work daily with children who have special needs, developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs). Responsibilities include teaching, assessing student progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide targeted support. The Special Educator will also communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for each child.

Qualifications

• Experience in Special Education and Teaching and conducting one on one and group sessions.
• Knowledge of disabilities and experience working with middle school-aged children
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child
• Experience in using educational technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field and Having RCI certificate
