Special Education Specialist

Role Overview: As a Special Education Specialist based in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver personalized education plans tailored to the diverse learning abilities of children. You will design and implement programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children with special needs. Your role will involve collaborating with families and other stakeholders, as well as implementing effective communication strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Close engagement with children and active monitoring of their progress towards developmental goals will be key aspects of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement personalized education plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. - Design and implement ABA-based programs to support children with diverse learning abilities. - Collaborate with families, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective support for children with special needs. - Foster effective communication strategies to enhance learning outcomes for children. - Monitor and track the progress of children towards their developmental goals on a regular basis. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and demonstrated ability to develop and implement ABA-based programs. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and cross-functional teams. - Expertise in education and special education practices, including experience in creating individualized education plans. - Direct experience working with children, including a deep understanding of their behavioral and developmental needs. - Preferred qualifications include a degree in Education, Special Education, Child Psychology, or a related field. - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children with diverse learning abilities.,
